The Palais Royale
The Palais Royale is a professional, commercial office building in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg.
The building is conveniently located just minutes from the interstate and a short walking distance to the waterfront, numerous museums, restaurants, sidewalk cafes and entertainment venues. Whether you are looking for a large commercial office space or a prestigious downtown St. Petersburg address, the Palais Royale is the perfect place.
The Palais Royale building was built in 1926 during the Florida Real Estate boom. It was designed by George Feltham who was a leading St. Petersburg architect between 1913 and 1926. He also designed numerous other buildings, such as the First Baptist Church, the Ponce De Leon Hotel and the Historic Sunset Hotel.
Originally the Palais Royale was a ballroom for the "Elite". It held dancing with top bands from all over the area. A renovation in 1988 changed the ballroom into traditional style offices, retail spaces and exclusive Executive Suites. A third floor was added as well as sky lights to the roof, filling the atrium-styled building with natural sun light leaving the atmosphere bright and airy.
The Palais Royale building offers professional, commercial office space ranging from 1000 to 3000 sq.
Palais Business Suites located on the 3rd floor has over 25 executive suites ranging from 80 to 300 square ft.
Palais Business Suites offers several Virtual Office packages to provide a physical business mailing address or more comprehensive packages that include phone and conference room time.
