Commercial Offices, Serviced Executive Suites, Conference Rooms and Virtual Offices

The Palais Royale building was built in 1926 during the Florida Real Estate boom. It was designed by George Feltham who was a leading St. Petersburg architect between 1913 and 1926. He also designed numerous other buildings, such as the First Baptist Church, the Ponce De Leon Hotel and the Boca Ciega Bay Hotel.

Originally the Palais Royale was a ballroom for the "Elite". It held dancing with top bands from all over the area. A renovation in 1988 changed the ballroom into traditional style offices, retail spaces and exclusive Executive Suites. They added a third floor as the building only had two floors in the original design. The renovation also added sky lights to the roof, making the building bright and airy with natural sun light.

Our beautiful historic building, the Palais Royale is conveniently located just minutes from the interstate, a short stroll from the waterfront and is surrounded by restaurants and sidewalk cafes to satisfy every taste. Whether you are looking for a large commercial space or just a business address the Palais Royale is a perfect place for an office in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg -Florida's fourth largest city.
